Podium for Milan Vader in the hilly road race in Amay

04-04-2017 | This past weekend Milan went to Belgium again for his 2nd road race of this season. The road race was held in Amay, a nice hilly area in Belgium.

Learning from his road race last week, Milan was always at the front of the 175 riders strong bunch, being attentive for a break to get ahead. A few times it looked like it would stick but every time the bunch was able to close the gap. In the finale Milan was at the front preparing himself for a good uphill sprint to the finish line. Milan was able to perform a good sprint finishing in 3rd position.

The next period Milan is going to focus on the MTB again, racing in Bad Sackingen (GER), Nieuwkuijk (NL) and Heubach (GER) to get in the best possible shape for the upcoming World Cup races.
